Known by many names over the years, only one fitting moniker rose from the depths and stuck - Captain Howdy. Below the good-natured and mild-mannered appearance of Daniel Franklin lurks the mind of a truly sick wacko. Some say that he was struck by lightning as a child. In any event, the Good Captain has now come of age and has somehow managed to convince the fair Sarah Logeman to marry him. We suspect that he is holding something really evil over her head.

He has escaped the frozen tundra of the Great White North where he graduated from the University of Wisconsin. Of course, he fled to the frozen tundra of Michigan. We think he may have suffered a bit from exposure. Daniel is the keeper of the third sheep of our flock, Shannon.

Seen here, Daniel stands outside one of the adult bookstores that frequented the side of the highway on his first sheep roadtrip. It is rumored that the owner of the bookstore realized that he was in the presence of greatness and asked the Good Captain's advice on how to perfect his trade.
